We ensure that they are happy with their service and ensure they are getting the best deal. Candidates must always keep the best interest of our customers in mind while being solution oriented and proactive.

Our Sales Representatives will be trained in:
* Customer Solutions

* Compliance and internal systems

Basic Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail sales, hospitality positions, or management are ideal, but not required
* Punctuality
* Public speaking, phone experience, or in person presenting experience ideal
* Works well with a team as well as independently
* Have a positive attitude!
* Reliable transportation
* Capability and want to take on additional responsibilities
* Wants longevity within a company and a career path

•Day to Day we strive to create an environment of learning and development in leadership. We focus on providing and adding value to every customer we meet and within our own team.

•Interviews for our team are a way for everyone to learn more. Someone can learn more not just about the job and our team, but we get to know each individual and what he/she is looking for professionally.

Pay is issued weekly and we offer a flat rate per product, per account, plus bonuses! We can’t guarantee what someone will make, because as a sales role, you can earn as much as you want. Our entry level representatives average $600 – $800 a week. Once someone advances in position, the pay increases.

•Many positions are available within our company. Being able to provide opportunity for growth is something that is important to us. When someone show leadership and is leading from the front with the right actions and helping to contribute to our Clients goals, opportunity is there.

•Everyone here starts in entry level training for proper development. What makes someone successful at one job is different with every company. Proper training and a great student mentality are the keys to success.

•While we want to hit our goals quickly, proceeding forward and working with the right candidates is important. Not only do we want them to be a great fit for us but we want to be a great fit for them and their goals.
